I'm happy to announce the release of an exciting new feature: the ability to itemized your adjustments before posting them. Until now, invoice adjustments in Curve Hero were automatically applied to the relevant line items and spread out evenly. You did not get the option of allocating amounts to individual line items before saving. We’ve changed that!
Our custom payment reports now have the ability to report on both the full name of the user in the system who created the payment, as well as the date and time the payment was posted. You will have the ability to add these options to both new custom payment reports, as well as existing ones. We hope this helps resolve payment-related issues within your office in the future.
Not all electronic insurance claims systems work seamlessly together. Sometimes there are special needs that need to be addressed separately outside of the usual claims system. This update addresses one of these special cases.
