Curve’s 4-step Process

Welcome and Kickoff Meeting

During this step, new customers provide us with a copy of their data and accounts receivable report, enabling us to complete a preliminary test conversion.

A Curve Project Manager contacts the customer’s point person for a short introduction and Q & A session to prepare for the conversion process.

Data Conversion (If Needed)

It's no urban legend. Curve can absolutely convert your data, files, AND images from your current system to Curve Hero. We convert your data initially for your staff to use during the Hero training.

Training

Staff training consists of 10 live webinar sessions of 1.5 hours each (plus other sessions as needed with additional modules). Training is done using your data. Once everyone completes training, they’ll be primed and ready to roll!

Time to GO LIVE

This is the final and most exciting step of all.  Curve will convert your data, files, and images once more so you're up-to-the-minute and ready to go. You are now LIVE and ready to put Curve Hero to work for your practice!

Post-Training Support

Once you go LIVE, you'll enter a high-touch transition phase where your Project Manager will proactively contact you for the first 2 weeks. Next, your practice will be transitioned to Account Management who will touch base with you at monthly intervals for the next 12 months. These are big ingredients in our recipe!

Ongoing Lifetime Support

You’ll receive 24/7/365 support for the rest of your lifetime with Curve. We are proud that our  Support team answers calls in <1 minute and cases are resolved in 8 minutes, on average. That’s what our customers call world-class care. It's what we call The Curve Way.
