During this step, new customers provide us with a copy of their data and accounts receivable report, enabling us to complete a preliminary test conversion.
A Curve Project Manager contacts the customer’s point person for a short introduction and Q & A session to prepare for the conversion process.
It's no urban legend. Curve can absolutely convert your data, files, AND images from your current system to Curve Hero. We convert your data initially for your staff to use during the Hero training.
Staff training consists of 6 live webinar sessions of 1.5 hours each (plus other sessions for certain features, as needed). Training is done using your data. Once everyone completes training, they’ll be primed and ready to roll!
This is the final and most exciting step of all. Curve will convert your data, files, and images once more so you're up-to-the-minute and ready to go. You are now LIVE and ready to put Curve Hero to work for your practice!
After you go LIVE, you'll enter a high-touch transition phase which includes 3-months of scheduled, proactive check-ins with your account manager. Our Implementation Team will facilitate 3 live training sessions to answer questions and provide additional insights to help you get the most value out of using Curve Hero on a daily basis.
We’ll then transition your practice to our Customer Service team to answer future questions. Plus you’ll gain access to Curve Community, which features a searchable library of helpful videos and Curve Community articles for self-help.
