Curve Hero training is structured to ensure fast adoption by your entire staff. Because our dental software training is web-based, your team doesn’t have to travel. Everyone has a first-class seat in our virtual sessions.

Plus, because each session is separated into small, digestible bytes (we mean bites), no one is overwhelmed throughout the process.

We also offer optional training on additional features that are part of your Curve Hero package as well as Final Assembly Sessions on advanced topics.

  • Claim Creation - Sending batched claims, handling ERA claims
  • Insurance Set-Up - Setting up specific insurance type plans
  • Other Billing Options - Includes backdating, managing finance charges, ledger locker, and using procedure codes vs inventory items
  • Billing Statement Configuration - Creating billing statement templates
  • Patient Correspondence - Creating notes summarizing treatment plans, letter templates, etc.
  • Reports - Building custom reports, filter reports, etc.
