The Files and Letters feature allows users to save and organize patient files by simply dragging and dropping scanned images and PDFs where you want them. Files can be previewed directly in the files module. Letter templates allow your practice to send communications to patients one-by-one or en masse as a mail merge through Reports.
One main feature that I love is the files and letters. I love the fact that everything is composed in one specific area where you can label each document type.
Very user-friendly, up to date with current patient/user expectations.
