DATA CONVERSION

During this step, new customers provide us with a copy of their data and accounts receivable report, enabling us to complete a preliminary test conversion.

• A Curve Project Manager contacts the customer’s point person for a short introduction and Q & A session to prepare for the conversion process

The Curve Project Manager and Curve Data Services Expert meet with the practice owner and point person to review the data conversion process:

• Customers receive access to a Hero database with Curve’s first cut at the data conversion
• Curve works with customers to review the conversion to uncover any issues or concerns with how data was converted
• Following the review, once all issues are addressed, we proceed to final assembly

Final data conversion typically takes only three business days.

• During a Final Assembly Conference, Curve confirms everything is in place for your staff to begin using Curve Hero on a day-to-day basis
• Your Project Manager, Data Services Expert, and one of our Customer Service Experts present you with your Curve Hero database and discuss any specific requests and/or exceptions that came out of the preliminary conversion process
• Curve will consult with you regarding the timeline for your imaging and document conversions, which begins right after you go live
• We address and resolve any specific requests
