Yes. With a unique login and password and an internet connection, you and your employees can access the system and your data from anywhere in the world, without any limitations to functionality. If your practice experiences a natural or man-made disaster, employees can complete administrative work remotely until it is safe to return to the office. In addition, Curve Hero’s intuitive software makes it easy for temporary staff to pick it up quickly so your practice doesn’t miss a beat.

Yes, your practice will have its own database that is separate from all other client databases. Only you and your employees with an authorized password will have access to your data.

Curve Hero training is structured to ensure fast adoption by your entire staff. Because our training is web-based, your team doesn’t have to travel. Training consists of six 90-minute sessions. For more details, check this out.

Employees have access to Curve Community, a library of self-help videos and articles. We also offer regular, free Hero Huddles webinars on new features and releases as well as Newbie Videos that focus on specific hero features for new or temporary employees to get up to speed. Thanks to continuous automated updates, you work with the latest software version every time you log in. Curve Hero is cloud-based, so all it takes is a web browser and an Internet connection to access the system. You do not need to configure or install hardware or software.

Curve Hero runs beautifully on a PC or a Mac via a Google Chrome browser. No need for servers or backup systems because we manage everything for you in real-time. Check out everything about system requirements here.

Any PC or Mac using Curve Hero will need access to the Internet either directly or through a local area network. Most business broadband accounts can service these requirements very inexpensively. Recommended connection types include High Speed DSL, Cable, Fiber, or High-Speed Copper (T1, T3) lines. Dial-up connections are not acceptable and satellite and wireless service are not recommended.

The minimum recommended connectivity for the average practice (1-10 users) is 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. If your office is sharing bandwidth with other tenants in the same building, or if you regularly upload and download large files, you may need greater connectivity than what is listed above.
