Question Answer
How will I get Curve Hero upgrades?

Thanks to continuous automated updates, you work with the latest software version every time you log in. Curve Hero is cloud-based, so all it takes is a web browser and an Internet connection to access the system. You do not need to configure or install hardware or software.

Question Answer
What hardware and Internet connectivity is recommended to use Curve Hero?

Curve Hero runs beautifully on a PC or a Mac via a Google Chrome browser. No need for servers or backup systems because we manage everything for you in real-time. Check out everything about system requirements here.

Question Answer
What kind of Internet connection will I need?

Any PC or Mac using Curve Hero will need access to the Internet either directly or through a local area network. Most business broadband accounts can service these requirements very inexpensively. Recommended connection types include High Speed DSL, Cable, Fiber, or High-Speed Copper (T1, T3) lines. Dial-up connections are not acceptable and satellite and wireless service are not recommended.

The minimum recommended connectivity for the average practice (1-10 users) is 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. If your office is sharing bandwidth with other tenants in the same building, or if you regularly upload and download large files, you may need greater connectivity than what is listed above.
