Curve Customer's Experience with Customer Support

Hands down. Amazing. It's been amazing.
Within Curve, you have the ability, if you are looking for something and you're not quite sure, like, I actually pulled up how to read a couple of the reports, because they're new. There are newer reports than what I'm used to. And I was doing an end of month, and I wanted to see what kind of, you know, reporting there was.
And I had a question. I was able to go open a ticket right on my, right on my computer, open a ticket writing Curve, type up my question, hit submit a question. And within maybe seven minutes, the phone rang. It was Curve and they were like, let me tell you where you can find this, let me tell you what this report, what this part of the report is, is, hindering on and, you know, and what it's pertaining to. And, we had a nice conversation for about ten minutes. I hung up the phone and my problem was answered.
Same thing if I have, you know, a questionI will submit a ticket. I’ve picked up the phone and call when I had a concern about something. Or, even most recently, I had a suggestion on one account, one part of the billing module, and I put in a suggestion. I got a call from my rep, which are giving a main rep when you're, when you start with Curve, so you have this one person that you know, you can go to all the time. And my lady is Leslie. Hi, Leslie.
And I can go to her and I can say, hey, you know, this, I have a question about this. I don't quite understand how this is supposed to be working. Am I doing this correctly? She'll put me in the right area and within, you know, like, less than, less than one day. It's usually within a couple of hours, I will have somebody reach out to me. I think the longest I've waited was maybe a day, maybe one day, but it wasn't anything that was urgent. I did, and I put right on the suggestion in the ticket that this is not urgent. You can call me tomorrow. And they did.
