Curve Adds Value in Reporting for Multilocation Practices
So in both of our practices, we are really big on numbers and statistics. We track everything. We don't just track new patient numbers and where they come from, but, we track exactly what time of people calls, how they've contacted us, if they've scheduled, if they actually show up for the appointment. So, I mean, we track a lot of metrics and then we create spreadsheets, graphs, we have staff members that spend a lot of time on creating these things.
And my practice dashboards in Curve has saved a lot of time for several of our staff members because they have all of the financial side of our numbers already integrated, that in real time tracks all of our data, and does all of that work for us. So a lot of the people who used to have to create some of these financial spreadsheets on our team no longer have to spend man hours creating them. It's all right there at their fingertips.
And for management and owners, it's also accessible, right there for us to see without having to ask all of our staff members to update a sheet and send it to us. So that's something that is just invaluable, really, for anybody that's running a business.
