Practices told us they needed efficient, HIPAA-compliant ways to stay connected. In response, we launched Curve Chat, enabling teams to collaborate without relying on personal texts or scattered inboxes.

But communication is also about keeping schedules full and predictable. Your feedback led to meaningful Smart Fill refinements, including tools to:

  • Prioritize high-value treatments

Even with intuitive software, teams need quick, accurate answers—especially during onboarding, busy days, or staff transitions. That’s why we introduced Ask CurveAI, your 24/7 in-platform assistant.

Ask CurveAI eliminates the need to log support tickets or interrupt co-workers for “how-to” questions. It provides instant, step-by-step guidance to keep your workflows moving smoothly.

3. Less Friction in Insurance Verification with Eligibility+ 

Manual verification has long been a major frustration. Slow portals, inconsistent data, and repetitive checks drain hours from your day.

Those conversations directly shaped the creation of Eligibility+, our AI-powered verification engine that: 

  • Pulls real-time, code-level benefits directly from payer portals

  • Flags discrepancies automatically between the payer data and the patient's record in Curve via SmartSync

  • Updates patient records with a single click

The result is simple: practices can provide accurate out-of-pocket patient estimates before treatment begins, which is an effective way to improve case acceptance while cutting verification time by up to 90%. Practices using Eligibility+ have reported up to a 150% increase in same-day case acceptance, thanks to accurate, point-of-care estimates.

4. A Unified Revenue Workflow — Powered by Curve Pay

Teams shared that managing payments across disconnected terminals and systems created frustration, delays, and extra work. In response, we launched Curve Pay, bringing payment processing inside Curve for a truly unified financial workflow. 

The immediate benefits for practices include next-day payouts, ensuring faster access to funds, and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Curve Pay offers enhanced flexibility by accepting all major cards and digital wallets, as well as providing Buy Now, Pay Later financing options. 5. Loyalty Without Third-Party Dependence — Membership Plans Made Easy

Practices are increasingly exploring ways to reduce reliance on insurance. To support this trend, we formed a strategic partnership with DentalHQ, enabling practices to create and manage in-house patient membership plans directly within Curve.

 This integration will allow practices to seamlessly launch and manage in-house patient membership programs directly within Curve by early 2026. DentalHQ integration streamlines billing, automates recurring payments, and fosters patient loyalty, all without relying on external management software.

6. Smarter Clinical Workflows — Built with Curve FLO AI

Dental teams told us they needed more efficient clinical workflows that take less time and pull less attention away from patient care. In response, we began incorporating new AI capabilities designed to reduce manual effort and support providers more naturally throughout the day. These capabilities work together under Curve FLO AI, our built-in suite of intelligence tools and features designed to support both clinical and operational workflows.

And that foundation is setting the stage for what’s coming next. Among the capabilities in development is Curve’s AI ambient clinical voice capture, which will listen in the background, interpret provider speech, and apply it directly to the patient record.
