Make Your Digital Forms A One-Step Process
So you say you have digital forms, but are they really digital? For me, a digital form means it should take all the burden off the front desk and put all of it on automation. If it's not truly automated, if you have to sync it to your file, if you have to upload it into your doc center, if you have to highlight and cut and paste information into your patient profile, it's not really digital.
What makes it digital and automated inside of Curve is the form syncs to the patient profile. So I don't miss a birth date, I don't miss an email address, and I have all the information I need right away.
