*Emergency services such as the inability to log-in or capture images are available 24/7/365. Normal hours are 7:30 am to 8 pm EST, Monday-Friday. If the problem is non-emergency, Curve may charge a fee of $150 per hour with a 1-hour minimum for off-hours resolutions.
