Curve Helps Dental Choice Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
Curve has been an integral part of giving us the opportunity to offer excellent customer service across all 22 of our locations. We can refer patients between offices and that works very well whether it's an emergency, or a comprehensive complex treatment plan. And we can share patients and x-rays and treatment plans. We can audit and review these treatment plans, that allow senior dentists the opportunity to review treatment plans. It improves our mentorship system. It allows an entire array of communication steps that give the patients a very positive experience. We can look at all of our patients from one place. We have all of our x-rays stored in one location. We can audit our dentists and we can audit our hygienists, which allows us to validate if we are providing excellent customer service and where there's opportunities to enhance great patient care.
