AI Changes Happening Now
AI and automation are helping dental practices replace inefficient staffing models by streamlining workflows and enabling smaller, more effective teams.
You know, in dentistry, we've been in a tough spot. We've had more and more tasks that have to be done with the practice, and it seems like we've had to hire more and more people, almost like we're trying to staff our way out of, you know, getting all this stuff done. Let's just add one more person. But employees are expensive for the company. The tasks have gotten more complicated and employees have gotten more expensive. And we can no longer staff our way out of this inefficiency anymore.
And that is where, thank goodness, AI and automation comes in. AI and automation today is different than it was yesterday. We can have all insurance verification completely done by AI. We can have a lot of the steps and claims management completely done for us.
We can even look at automation on payment processing, on collecting payments. Even charting can be done for us in the operatory. We can now be more efficient with technology and avoid the cost of expanding our team. I want a team of rock stars. A smaller number of people that are amazing to work with. And that team needs automation and AI to support them so that they can focus on the patient.
We need to use AI and automation inside of our software to provide support to our rockstars, and they will able to take care of our patient and take care of our profit better than ever before.
